The first step to enrollment in Cradle to Crayons Childcare is the call to set up an interview. Interviews are conducted in the evening and are by appointment only. After our initial meeting, and if you still have an interest in placing your child in our program. You will be given an enrollment packet. It will contain our most recent Parent Handbook, a contract and all of the forms necessary for enrollment.
YEARLY FUNDRAISERS
Every year, during the late summer-early fall C-2-C sells the famous Joe Corbi Pizza's. Every enrolled student is asked to participate. Because family daycares are not federally or state funded, providers must conduct fundraisers in order to ensure that the daycare program is equipped with new toys and new learning materials. Every year a monetary goal is set. I'm sure I don't have to tell you how much money it takes to keep a good program up and running! Please visit the Joe Corbi Fundraiser website by clicking on the pizza!
FIELD TRIPS
We take three big field trips per year. We do ask for parent volunteers to help with the transportation. In October we visit: The Green Meadows Farm and Pumpkin Patch. In late May, early June we visit: The National Zoo and in the late summer we visit The National Aquarium.
